Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. Because you've already got enough to spend your money on — coffee, camping gear, and keeping three kids alive.
Order Processing
Every Grounded Five Co. tee is made to order — printed fresh just for you. That means orders typically take 2-5 business days to process and print before they ship. During peak periods like Father's Day, holidays, or new collection drops, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and promise it's worth the wait.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number straight to your inbox. Delivery typically takes 4-8 business days from the ship date depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your tee leaves the building you'll get an email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door. No refreshing required — but we know you will anyway.
A Few Things Outside Our Control
We partner with trusted carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates are exactly that — estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors can occasionally slow things down.
